Psychotherapy/Counselling provides a safe and confidential space to explore your experiences and emotions, which often influence choices and behaviours. Change comes about in psychotherapy through processing your emotions, which in turn strengthens your inner sense of direction, self-esteem and self-resilience.

Adolescent Psychotherapy — The life challenges that an adolescent may be experiencing can be difficult for both the adolescent and parent(s) to understand. With the support of a therapist working with the adolescent as the primary client and engaging with parents, therapy can make a big difference in evolving their sense of contentment and satisfaction with life.

Counselling and Psychotherapy sessions are available in person or online. You can expect a non-judgmental, respectful, open, and genuinely interested approach to your experience. Each session lasts 50 minutes and usually occurs weekly.
