Psychotherapy & Counselling

Psychotherapy provides a safe and confidential space for you to explore your experiences and emotions which often influence choices and behaviours. Change comes about in psychotherapy through processing your emotions, which in turn strengthens your inner sense of direction, self-esteem and self-resilience.

You can expect a non-judgmental approach which is respectful, open and genuinely interested in your individual experience. Each session lasts 50 minutes and usually occurs on a weekly basis.

Counselling and Psychotherapy sessions are available in person or online. Deirdre is an IACP & IAHIP accredited therapist based in south Dublin in the Dundrum, Rathmines and Rathfarnham area and is also available Online.
