John has over 30 years of experience working as a healthcare professional supporting individuals from all walks of life in meeting their healthcare challenges and promoting wellness. He has worked in many different healthcare roles and in different commercial and corporate settings and understands the challenges that these can bring.

Reynagh O’Brien IAHIP(certified associate), MA in Psychotherapy.
Reynagh is a qualified counsellor and psychotherapist, with a MA in Psychotherapy and a Higher Diploma in Counselling and Psychotherapy from Dublin Business School. She has experience working with clients on a range of issues, including anxiety, depression, stress, self-esteem, shame, loss, grief, relationship and parenting issues.

Deirdre Culbert IACP; IAHIP; MA in Psychotherapy; Dip in Integrative Adolescent psychotherapy.
Deirdre provides a supportive, safe and confidential setting where clients can talk about their experiences, difficulties or challenges that are causing distress or worry. With Deirdre, you will find a trustworthy, non-judgmental, caring approach within which you can explore your current situation and find support to map out your way forward.

Farrah Tayob BSc Hons, H. Dip., MIACP; Diploma in Adolescent Integrative Psychotherapy; (Currently studying) MA in Child and Adolescent Psychotherapy.
Farrah works with children, adolescents and adults. Her therapeutic approach is centred towards the individual person holistically. Her approach to treatment is very much guided by the client. She does not believe there is a one-size-fits-all form of therapy and the direction the treatment will take will be informed by the relationship between therapist and client.
